Ceifa is a managed services provider for organizations of every size across Canada and the US. We run IT end to end: helpdesk, monitoring and maintenance, cybersecurity, networks, backup and strategy. We were founded in Burnaby, BC in 2023. In 2025 we acquired Regroove, a Microsoft consultancy delivering Microsoft projects since 1993. Regroove is now our sister company and the group's Microsoft 365 consulting business. So Ceifa is an MSP with real Microsoft consulting depth behind it, and where this site cites experience going back to 1993, that is Regroove's record.

Most organizations sit in an awkward spot. They need more than a one-person IT shop, but cannot staff every specialty in-house. We started Ceifa to fill that gap: run the whole environment on one predictable flat monthly fee per user, or work alongside your internal IT team through co-managed IT, and keep it secure, documented and improving every month.
That shapes how we work. Critical issues get a response within 30 minutes during business hours. Every managed client gets the same security baseline and a monthly report. When you need a larger Microsoft 365 project, such as a migration, a SharePoint build, Power Platform or Copilot, we deliver it with Regroove, so the people who designed it and the people who support it are in the same group. Across the group we have supported more than 200 organizations and delivered more than 500 projects.

How we got here
Entries before 2023 are Regroove's, the Microsoft 365 consultancy Ceifa acquired in 2025. It now operates as our sister company in the same group.

Regroove achieves Microsoft partner status. SharePoint 2001 launch-day deployments.

Regroove migrates its first Office 365 tenants, before most organizations had heard of the cloud.

Regroove establishes its Power Platform practice as Microsoft Flow and PowerApps launch.

Remote work surge. Dozens of rapid Microsoft Teams deployments across Canada and the US.
- 2023
Ceifa IT Services Inc. founded in Burnaby, BC, as a managed services provider.
- 2025
Ceifa acquires Regroove. It carries on as our sister Microsoft 365 consultancy, bringing three decades of Microsoft depth to the group.

Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement practice launched across the group.
